5. Rural Property Infrastructure Audits

An independent, buyer-side infrastructure condition audit for anyone buying rural property in Heidelberg, Riversdale, Stilbaai, or Witsand — before the Offer to Purchase is finalised. On-site visual inspection of solar/inverter, battery storage, borehole, water storage, and septic systems, with an A–E condition grade and indicative replacement cost exposure, delivered as a structured PDF report within 48 hours.
